Assumption Center Springs Into Action

Assumption Center in Worcester sprang into action last week after the holiday break.  Our different programs:  English as a Second Language (ESL), Third Day (Literacy), Girls with DREAMS, Afterschool Mentoring, and Knitting Circle are all up and running.  Also open for business is our Kate O'Neill Spiritual Book Library.

Afternoons are always more fun at the Mentoring Program!

Come and join us as a volunteer, participant, friend!  Browse in the library and borrow a book.  Spend a morning with our faithful knitters and keep needy children warm.  Help a child with homework.  Teach English to an adult immigrant.  Encourage a young girl to reach for her dreams.
