Sister Nuala Cotter is the superior of the Worcester community of Religious of the Assumption and an English and theology professor at Assumption College.
After the canonization Mass, Pope Benedict XVI greeted -- in their languages -- the many groups of pilgrims who had come from all over the world. The pilgrims had stood in torrential rain for more than four hours during the canonization ceremonies.
More than 6000 pilgrims from all over the world, both religious and friends of the Assumption, were at the basilica of St. John Lateran for the Eucharist that launched the three days of pilgrimage.
